Successful organizational transformations require more than just training and communications.  We’ll assess the organizational environment, your history with change, and identify the obstacles to mitigate and the strengths to leverage for successful change.  We’ll analyze the depth, breadth, and magnitude of the change, and identify the specific employee groups the change will affect.  We’ll then design a customized OCM strategy that

• Addresses all change disciplines
• Includes periodic feedback and monitoring
• Covers pre-transformation, transformation, and post-transformation

We’ll be onsite, helping you execute the plan, and monitoring and correcting as necessary for maximum effectiveness.
